Who we are
Invade Enterprise (“we”, “us”) decides why and how your personal data is processed through this website, so we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it. Our office is at 607 CTS 615, Gold Crest Business Centre, L T Road, Opp Manubhai Jewellers, Borivali West, Mumbai, MH 400092. You can reach us at info@invadeenterprise.com.
The short version
- We only collect what you choose to send us through the form or by email.

- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time.
What we collect, why and for how long
| Data | Source | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, email, country, area of interest and message; company (optional) | The contact form | To read and respond to your enquiry | Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless an engagement follows |
| Anything you write in emails to us | You, by email | To respond and, if agreed, to provide a service | As above, or for the duration of an engagement and any period the law requires |
| IP address, browser type and request logs | Your browser, through our hosting provider | To deliver the website and keep it secure | Short periods set by the hosting provider |
| A saved calculator scenario | You, when you click Save | So you can restore it later | Only in your own browser, until you clear it; we never receive it |
Please don’t send identity numbers, bank account details, passwords, medical information or financial statements through the website. If a requirement needs documents later, we will agree a secure process with you first.
Our basis for using your data
We process enquiry data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form. We process technical data to run and secure the website. If you later engage us and agree to share your requirement with a bank, NBFC, insurer or other institution, we will ask for your specific consent for that sharing, naming who will receive it and why.
Who we share it with
- Resend, which delivers enquiry emails to our inbox.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Our email service providers, where enquiries are received.
- Financial institutions, only with your specific consent for a particular engagement.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
These providers may process data outside India. The DPDP Act allows this except to countries the Government restricts, and we will follow any such restriction. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
- nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to; and
- have your grievances addressed.
To use any of these rights, email info@invadeenterprise.com with the subject “Personal data request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity. Withdrawing consent stops further processing but does not affect processing already done. You also have a duty not to give us false information or impersonate someone else.
Grievance redressal
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, write to our grievance contact at info@invadeenterprise.com with the subject “Grievance”. We will acknowledge it and respond within the period set by the DPDP rules, which is no more than 90 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. If you click “Save on this device” in a calculator, your inputs are stored in your browser’s local storage so you can restore them. That data never leaves your device, and you can delete it by clearing your browser’s site data. Downloaded enquiry briefs are created in your browser and are not sent to us.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are emailed to us and are not stored in a website database. Access to enquiry emails is limited to the people who need to respond. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected people as the DPDP rules require.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes affecting consent you have given will be brought to your attention before they apply.
