The right finance starts with more than an amount. Purpose, cash flow, existing commitments, security, repayment period and total cost all shape the requirement.

Read the full scope

Our financial-structuring proposition is a finance-broking and intermediation role between consumers or businesses and suitable banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions, within the applicable permissions and arrangements. We help define the borrowing need, organise the application, clarify any available provider terms and support follow-up through the agreed process. The intended scope includes personal, housing and property, vehicle and education finance, MSME and corporate requirements, refinancing and eligible NRI needs. A household may need to understand how a new repayment fits its budget; a business owner may need to distinguish personal commitments from company finance. Any comparison should consider the total cost, fees, tenor, security, repayment conditions and disclosed brokerage arrangements, rather than a headline rate alone. Invade Enterprise does not lend its own funds, sanction credit or guarantee approval. The institution performs its own checks and determines eligibility, pricing, terms and disbursement.

Invade Enterprise is in its development phase. Service availability depends on relevant authorisations, institutional arrangements, location and eligibility. Providers retain their own decisions; no funding, return or instrument issuance is guaranteed.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little more
understanding.

01What does financial structuring mean here?

It means preparing and progressing a borrowing requirement through a finance-broking role between the applicant and financial institutions. It covers the purpose, repayment, documents and actual terms. It does not mean that Invade Enterprise is a lender or can approve the facility.

02Can I discuss both personal and business borrowing?

Yes. The intended scope includes personal, family, MSME and corporate requirements. Each applicant, use of funds, repayment source and obligation must be considered separately under the relevant institution’s rules.

03How are fees and lender relationships explained?

The actual intermediary role, available provider arrangements and applicable fees or commission must be clarified before engagement. Do not assume a comparison covers every lender in the market or that a quoted interest rate includes every cost.

04Does an initial enquiry affect my credit score?

The website enquiry itself is not a credit application. Any later application, information sharing or credit check must follow the relevant institution’s process and consent requirements, explained before proceeding.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our commitments
to you.

A broker should make a decision clearer, not harder. These are the standards we hold ourselves to in every engagement.

  • Your interest, stated first.

We start with what you need and why, before any product or institution enters the conversation.

  • Remuneration in the open.

How we are paid, whether by fee or commission, is explained before an engagement begins.

  • More than a headline rate.

Offers are compared on total cost, fees, tenure, conditions, exclusions and servicing.

  • Consent before sharing.

Your documents go only to the institutions you approve, through an agreed secure process.

  • One point of contact.

From the first brief to sanction, placement, renewal or claim, you know who is following up.

  • Honest about limits.

If a requirement falls outside our permissions or arrangements, we say so plainly.
